Create a new matrix node and call it "cInside".
Place it between the first "cStickThrough" and the black polygon.

When you set Rocket -> Inside -> Hole\Stick Through
the rocket is drawed twice, one time behind the hole and one time "inside" the yellow region.
If we also put Room -> Inside -> Hole\Inside
it will look like the hole is in the roof and the Rocket is sticking through.

Hide the yellow polygon by using the "X" button.
Save the figure and reload it in Stickman (if you tested like I did).
