In the slide time line, hold the mouse over a key frame and press left mouse button. Then drag to a new frame and release the button.
In the frame time line, hold the mouse button over the key frame and press it. Drag to left or right. On each key frame there is displayed two numbers. The first is the frame and the second is the number of frames from the previous key frame.
