1.2: Drawing

Step 1

Under "Elements" category, double-click "ellipse".
A tool for manipulating the ellipse will occur.

Step 2

Now we are going to rename the ellipse. Under "Actions", select "ellipse1", then "Rename". Type "headFill" and click "Rename". Renaming the elements will make it easier for you to identify them later.

Step 3

We want the ellipse to have the same width and height. Right-click "Height" property and select "Add Reference...". Then select the "Width" property of "headFill" and click OK.

Step 4

Move headFill and make it smaller by changing the width.

Step 5

Let's create the body. Add a line and use the "Set Points" mode to position the line.

Step 6

Rename "line1" to "bodyFill".

Step 7

Add two lines for each arm.
Rename them:
- overarmFillLeft
- overarmFillRight
- armFillLeft
- armFillRight

Step 8

Do the same for the legs.
Rename them:
- overlegFillLeft
- overlegFillRight
- legFillLeft
- legFillRight

Step 9

Change "Pen" property of all lines to black and width 10.

Step 10

Change the "Brush" property of headFill to black and make it opaque by setting Alpha to 255.

Step 11

You have now completed the drawing of your Stickman figure.
